The International Diversity and Inclusion Council
In 2007, we launched our International Diversity and Inclusion Council with representatives from all our businesses and geographies. This group work together to create a more inclusive working environment through training, leadership, recognition and communications. They do this through developing the strategy, creating awareness, understanding and delivering advice and guidance across the business.
Since 2010 the team have organised training in Germany, webinars for manager and a successful competition for employees.
Diamond Diversity awards for employees
Our Diamond Awards recognise leadership in diversity and inclusion. This year there were 14 winners from six countries, out of nominees from across Europe and Asia.
