The Role
This is a newly created role within the rapidly growing Office Supplies division of PB, which has seen huge growth to date and plays a significant part in the future strategic direction of this business area.
With a current team of 17 including two team leaders your role is primarily to motivate, support and guide your team to meet and exceed both personal and commercial goals in a challenging, rewarding and fast moving environment.
You will have commercial accountability across the full line of Office Products and play a key part in identifying new initiatives and opportunities for growth.
Profile
Demonstrable sales management (telesales) experience within the office products/ supplies sector is essential as is proven performance within a commercial sales environment and successful leadership of a team.
You will be commercially astute with excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and partnering skills, together with strong organisational ability and the confidence to lead from the front.
